Combat Drain is an ability in Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor.
It allows Talion to collect Elf-shot and focus while in combat, without ending the Hit streak.
This can be beneficial to those who prefer to use the Detonate ability in combat, replenishing ammo and time-slowing focus, without exiting the combat zone.
Like Stealth Drain, this skill is automatically augmented with the Brand ability once that skill is unlocked.
Tips[]
Combining this with the Double Charge ability and Brand allows you to instantly capture two orcs fighting you. Having a Berserker and Defender, a couple Archers, or even two regular orcs on your side can mean the difference between success and death.
Even better, a Wraith Stun and two critical strikes with Critical Strike 2 refills your charge, making it possible in the end game to capture an entire party of orcs.
